Trump talks about Monroe Doctrine and Peace on Earth in regards to the Venezuela Strikes and threats to other South & Central American Countries

Everything this guy says, it's pretty much the exact opposite. The Monroe Doctrine was a colossal failure, it was meant to prevent Europe from Colonizing South America, how did that one work out? Spain and Portugal colonized it and the US Navy was NOT strong enough to stop them from doing so. Peace on Earth? He's starting new wars with countries that don't even threaten the United States, and he's now also handing justifications to China to take Taiwan and Russia to take Ukraine. This is a failure just like the Monroe Doctrine.
