Hillary Clinton Discusses Civil or Criminal Penalties for Spreading Misinformation [September 16, 2024]

This is Trump's favorite politician other than himself. He modeled himself politically after Hillary Clinton as he and Howard Stern had many conversations discussing how great they thought she was. Here is Hillary Clinton wanting to attack the 1st Amendment over speech she does not like or deems as Misinformation. Look, the 1st Amendment protects all speech and the Government should NEVER make it a crime to lie even if it is damaging, that is why we have Civil Courts where one can sue for defamation or slander. Defamation and Slander can only hit you in a Civil Court, but she wants it to be pushed into Criminal Courts as well and Donald Trump is no different than she is. Two peas of the same pod and this was your choice in 2016, not much of a choice if you ask me.
